About the role

The Jetstar Graduate Program offers recent graduates a two‑year, fixed‑term opportunity to rotate across the airline’s commercial and operational functions. Based in Melbourne’s CBD, participants will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment while working on real projects that shape the Jetstar and Qantas Group businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across different business areas such as commercial, operations, and customer experience.
• Deliver real‑world projects and contribute to transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and frontline teams to support key business initiatives.
• Participate in monthly development days, coaching sessions, and shadowing opportunities.

Required profile

• Final year university student or recent graduate.
• Passion for travel, aviation and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Melbourne and travel as needed.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
