Guest Experience Attendant - Casual

About the role

AVANI Adelaide Residences is looking for a friendly, flexible and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join its team on a casual basis. The role covers both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, helping guests feel welcome and well cared for from check-in to check-out, while also assisting in the café, bar and in-room dining.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and warmly
• Assist with food and beverage service in the café, bar and during in-room dining
• Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests and respond to feedback promptly
• Deliver orders, clear tables and keep the F&B area clean
• Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
• Process payments accurately and keep guest records up to date

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience across Front Office and Food & Beverage is highly beneficial
• Willingness to obtain an RSA certificate
• Positive, adaptable attitude and excellent communication skills
• Confidence handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
• Working rights in Australia or New Zealand

Shift details

• Rotating roster Monday to Sunday
• Shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 11:00pm
• Immediate start available
