Growth Marketing – Lifecycle & Retention Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing professional to own the lifecycle and retention experience, turning prospects into loyal subscribers through data‑driven email and in‑product messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey from consideration through checkout, turning prospects into activated users and subscribers.
• Design, build and optimise lifecycle email and in‑product messaging journeys such as onboarding, free‑to‑paid conversion, upsells, win‑backs and re‑engagement.
• Maintain and execute the promotional and engagement calendar to keep the community active.
• Reduce churn by recovering failed payments and intervening with at‑risk subscribers before cancellation.
• Develop behavioural segmentation frameworks and automate triggered journeys based on user actions.

Required profile

• Several years’ experience in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing, preferably for subscription or consumer products.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on retention, churn, LTV and conversion metrics, not just vanity metrics.
• Proven ability to take an idea from data insight to a shipped journey that moves the needle.
• High ownership, urgency and a hunger to solve novel growth challenges.
