Growth Marketer

About the role

Care GP is seeking a Growth Marketer to own and expand its presence across both organic and paid channels. You will build the digital footprint, optimise SEO, and drive inbound leads for Australian GP clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google to generate qualified leads from clinics and clinic groups.
• Grow organic presence through social content, SEO, and a regular newsletter.
• Collaborate with the founder and team to turn product updates into marketing moments.
• Run A/B tests across campaigns and channels, tracking performance to focus on what works.
• Help shape brand messaging as the company expands into new clinic segments.
• Experiment with new channels and formats to discover what resonates with healthcare decision‑makers.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of end‑to‑end growth marketing experience.
• Bias to action – prefer shipping campaigns and learning from results.
• Strong writing ability to produce clear, engaging copy.
• Data‑centric mindset, using testing and metrics to guide decisions.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS.
