Growth Manager (Sydney)

About the role

Naia Health is hiring a Growth Manager in Sydney, working as part of a Growth Lead's team to drive growth across the organisation's key priorities. It is a high-ownership, outcomes-driven role covering clinics, products and new ventures, not limited to one product or channel. Work is organised in 12-week project cycles with performance-based pay, and strong performers can move into a Growth Lead role.

The first six months include part-time work in operations such as clinics, customer support and frontline workflows so you understand the business deeply. The role is hands-on and field-heavy, with a significant portion of time spent visiting clinics, making calls and building relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute growth initiatives across products, services or projects within the corporate group
• Support the design and execution of end-to-end growth strategies across channels
• Run experiments, analyse results and iterate quickly based on data and real-world feedback
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations and clinical teams
• Contribute to growth planning, prioritisation and execution within 12-week cycles
• Deliver outcomes within real constraints of time, capital and team size
• Support the scaling and handoff of initiatives once systems are stable, and move between companies, products or projects as priorities change

Required profile

• Must be 18+; formal qualifications or experience are not required
• Strong internal drive and self-motivation, with extreme ownership of work and outcomes
• Able to turn ambiguity into action, testing and iterating with data and experimentation
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to understand complex problems from first principles
• Willingness to do whatever the role requires, including unglamorous or practical work
