Growth Lead (Sydney)

About the role

Naia Health is hiring a Growth Lead in Sydney, on-site, full-time or part-time. The role owns and drives growth across the organisation's key priorities, covering clinics, products and new ventures within the corporate group. It is a high-ownership, outcomes-driven position with performance-based pay, and starts as a single-person team that grows as traction is proven.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth outcomes for specific products, services or initiatives across the group
• Design and run end-to-end growth strategies across channels
• Run rapid experiments, analyse results and iterate quickly based on data and feedback
• Hire, train and lead a small growth team once traction is established
• Work with product, engineering, operations and clinical teams to unlock growth
• Prioritise initiatives by expected impact and execution capacity, and hand them off to operations once they are stable and repeatable
• Move between companies, products or projects as priorities change

In the first six months, candidates spend part of their time in operations such as clinics, customer support and frontline workflows to understand the business.

Required profile

• Able to turn ambiguity into action, test and iterate using data and experimentation
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn complex systems from first principles
• Willingness to do whatever the role requires, including unglamorous work
• Interest and ability to hire, train and lead a team
• Must be 18+; formal qualifications are not required
