About the role

The Growth Manager will drive new business across the Australian maritime sector for the Gibbs & Cox team within Leidos Australia. You will leverage your professional network and defence delivery experience to shape opportunities and lead proposal development.

Key responsibilities

Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with GCA capabilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Defence, Government and industry stakeholders.
Lead client engagement, opportunity shaping and support senior colleagues in partner activities.
Prepare high‑quality proposals, white papers and tender responses.
Manage internal new‑business approval processes and support strategic partnerships.

Required profile

Proven success in engineering, program management or Defence capability development.
Established professional network in the Australian naval or marine sector.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial judgement and pragmatic decision‑making.
Australian citizenship (NV1 security clearance eligibility required).
