Group Marketing Manager, Field Marketing (ANZ)

About the role

Datadog is seeking a Group Marketing Manager, ANZ to lead and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy aligned with its go-to-market plans. The role develops, strategises and executes local field marketing programs in ANZ that drive growth in the local market, while growing, leading and mentoring a small team and handling hands-on execution of marketing events and demand generation campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, strategise and execute field marketing plans in ANZ.
• Create a comprehensive 360-degree ANZ marketing strategy aligned with go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with APJ marketing functions including Marketing Operations, ABM, Events, Digital and PR.
• Execute demand generation activities and digital campaigns at scale, measured by MQL volume, marketing-generated pipeline and marketing-generated opportunities.
• Plan and run owned events (DASH, Datadog Summit, Datadog Live) and sponsored partner events (e.g. Reinvent and AWS).
• Monitor metrics such as the pipe-to-spend ratio.

Required profile

• 8-10 years of experience in a SaaS company.
• Proven experience in field marketing, demand generation and campaign execution.
• People management experience leading a team.
• Strategic thinker able to build and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
