Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and well‑rounded Graphic Designer to join our fast‑paced creative team. You will work across a variety of print and digital projects for our publications, events, digital platforms and clients, gaining exposure to multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print magazines from concept through to final artwork.
• Create printed materials such as event collateral, advertising and product launch assets.
• Produce digital creative including websites, EDMs, banner ads, animations and social media graphics.
• Design advertising and creative assets for both internal brands and external clients.
• Manage projects from brief to completion across print and digital channels, meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Creative and organised designer with strong visual skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate with editors, marketers and production teams.
• Three or more years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proactive, autonomous and aligned with values of growth, accountability, humility and generosity.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing print and digital projects from concept to final delivery.
• Understanding of print production and preparing artwork for publication.
• Creation of digital assets such as EDMs, banner advertising, social media graphics and web content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana) – advantageous.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience using Figma – highly regarded.
