Graphic Designer – Girlswear

About the role

As a Graphic Designer for Girlswear at Target, you will create commercial, customer‑focused graphics that reflect the brand’s unique handwriting and drive incremental sales.

Key responsibilities

• Trend forecasting and presenting graphic trend forecasts to internal audiences.
• Develop coordinated graphics across product ranges, ensuring alignment with Target’s handwriting.
• Brief and support overseas graphic designers to achieve commercial outcomes.
• Create print artwork that resonates with customers and stands out in the market.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer in apparel, including garment drawings and textile placements.
• Strong aesthetic taste with the ability to identify commercial graphic trends.
• Ability to work autonomously with key stakeholders in merchandise and design.

Required skills

• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Graphic Design, Surface Pattern, Illustration design degree or equivalent.
