Graduate Structural Engineer

About the role

An entry‑level structural engineering position for recent graduates, supporting projects in buildings, bridges, seismic design and structural assessments within a consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with client relationship management and bid preparation.
• Collect, analyse and interpret engineering data using prescribed tools and methods.
• Create engineering drawings and contribute to design feasibility testing.
• Support the drafting of engineering standards, specifications and health‑safety compliance.
• Help monitor construction works to ensure quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (0‑2 years post‑graduation) with a degree in civil/structural engineering.
• Demonstrates collaborative mindset, effective communication and sound decision‑making.
• Committed to personal capability building and staying updated on industry best practices.
