About the role
Join Early Start Australia as a Speech Pathology Graduate and help children develop confidence through communication. You will work across clinics, schools, homes and via telehealth, supporting families and celebrating each milestone.
Key responsibilities
- Support children to develop speech, language, communication and social skills using evidence‑based therapy.
- Create personalised therapy plans tailored to each child’s goals.
- Partner with parents, carers and educators to extend communication strategies beyond sessions.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals.
- Deliver therapy in a variety of settings, keeping each day varied and rewarding.
Required profile
- Degree in Speech Pathology and eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
- Graduating or graduated by early 2026.
- Current driver’s licence, vehicle with third‑party insurance, and willingness to obtain Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Strong communication skills, organisation and a positive attitude.
