Graduate Speech Pathologist – 2027 Program

About the role

This 12‑month graduate program is designed for soon‑to‑be qualified Speech Pathologists who want to launch their career in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. You will work across community, school and clinic settings, gaining hands‑on experience while being mentored weekly.

Key responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants in community, school or clinic settings.
• Conduct assessments, write reports and deliver therapy sessions.
• Advocate for participants and collaborate with carers to achieve goals.

Required profile

• Graduating Speech Pathologist (SPA‑registered or eligible upon graduation).
• Empathetic, curious and eager to learn.
• Licensed driver with own vehicle.
