Graduate Speech Pathologist 2027

About the role

Hanrahan Health, part of the MedHealth group, offers multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan, from toddlers to aged care, in clinics, a private hospital, residential aged care, schools, homes and via telehealth. It wants to expand its Aspley team in 2027 and is looking for Graduate Speech Pathologists to make a meaningful impact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build capability and confidence in key speech pathology areas such as fluency, literacy, social communication, communication technology, swallowing and feeding.
• Conduct speech and language assessments on clients across the lifespan.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• See clients in the clinic and visit people in the community, including their homes, schools, workplaces and residential facilities.

Required profile

• Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist.
• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), or eligibility for it after completing a university degree in speech pathology.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
