Occupational Therapist – Graduate Program 2027

About the role

Join the Aspley team in 2027 as a Graduate Occupational Therapist and make a meaningful impact across a diverse client base, from toddlers to aged care residents, in clinic, hospital, residential, school and telehealth settings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
• Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical function using clinical observations and standardized assessments.
• Interpret findings to set individualized treatment goals and provide evidence‑based interventions.
• Advise on environmental adaptations and recommend assistive technology to promote independence.

Required profile

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Required skills

• Degree‑qualified Occupational Therapist.
• Current full registration with AHPRA or eligibility for registration.
