Speech Pathologist – Community and Telehealth Services

About the role

Join Ability Action Australia, a national NDIS provider, to deliver evidence‑based speech pathology services across homes, schools, telehealth and community settings. You will manage a caseload that aligns with your interests and support participants to achieve greater independence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality speech therapy interventions in person and via telehealth.
• Assess participants, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.

Required profile

• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Post‑graduation experience as a Speech Pathologist.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, improvement‑driven attitude and genuine passion for the disability sector.

Required skills

• Delivery of evidence‑based speech pathology interventions.
• Conducting clinical assessments and observations.
