About the role

Vincents, a professional services firm with 250+ people across Forensic, Tax and Advisory, is running its STEP Graduate Program for a graduate to join its Restructuring & Recovery team in Sydney. The program supports early-career professionals to grow professionally and personally while connecting with colleagues across the firm.

Required profile

• Commerce or Business degree with an Accounting major, final-year or recent graduate
• Curiosity, motivation and a genuine desire to learn
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative, team-first approach
• Openness to new ideas, feedback and growth
