Graduate Marketing Assistant

About the role

This graduate position offers a hands‑on introduction to how advertising campaigns are built, from planning through to final results. You will work alongside experienced media specialists who will train you on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Source planning rates from media partners and assist planners with briefs.
• Collate specifications, manage material deadlines and ensure creative agencies deliver on time.
• Track live placements to confirm they match bookings and prepare pre‑ and in‑campaign reports.
• Lead mid‑ and end‑of‑month invoicing reconciliations, job closures and budget updates.
• Maintain relationships with junior contacts at media partners and manage weekly partner presentations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree with some exposure to media, marketing or an agency environment.
• Sharp attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to organise multiple campaigns simultaneously and follow up on discrepancies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
• Understanding of media buying processes and invoicing.
