Graduate Immigration Law Programme – Brisbane 2027

About the role

Join Fragomen’s 2027 Graduate Intake in Brisbane and start a career in corporate immigration law. You will receive comprehensive training, manage a caseload under supervision, and work directly with clients on visa applications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file visa applications ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Draft legal documents, client correspondence, and conduct legal research.
• Conduct client interviews, act as day‑to‑day liaison, and manage workflow independently.

Required profile

• Recent law graduate, either about to be admitted or recently admitted to legal practice.
• Strong written and oral communication, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in immigration or administrative law is preferred.
