About the role
Phocas Software is seeking a Graduate Designer to join its brand team on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will help build an AI‑enabled brand system, creating templates, prompt libraries and generative workflows that empower teams to produce on‑brand assets quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a reusable library of brand templates, AI workflows and assets for internal use.
- Produce production‑ready creative for major campaigns, product launches, digital ads, landing pages, emails, events and sales collateral.
- Organise and curate the brand asset library to enable self‑service across the business.
Required profile
- Strong design craft covering typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy, demonstrated through a portfolio.
- Genuine curiosity about generative AI tools with a hands‑on approach to testing and documenting results.
- Clear communication, coachability and ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma for UI/UX design.
- Motion or video skills such as After Effects are a plus.
