Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer – Rail Projects

About the role

Martinus is looking for recent Civil and Structural engineering graduates to join the Inland Rail Albury‑to‑Parkes Enhancement Project near Forbes, NSW. The position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in one of the world’s largest rail infrastructure programmes while working in a supportive, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers on design and construction activities for rail infrastructure.
• Support the preparation of civil and structural documentation and calculations.
• Participate in on‑site inspections and problem‑solving sessions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, coachable and able to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability.
