About the role

Join RSM Australia's Perth Audit team as a Graduate – Audit & Assurance, starting in the January 2027 cohort. This permanent position offers structured learning, mentorship and real responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits to ensure accuracy and provide insights.
• Support regulatory and compliance audits, including special purpose audits.
• Assist with acquittal statements and contribute to clear financial reporting for stakeholders.
• Provide regulatory, technical and IFRS guidance while working on‑site with clients across various industries.
• Explore opportunities for international secondments and embrace daily learning challenges.

Required profile

• Studying or completed a degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, or hold CA‑accredited prerequisite units.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to build a career in audit.
• Proactive self‑starter who collaborates well, contributes ideas and communicates effectively.
• Resilient, can‑do attitude and passion for continuous learning.
• Enjoy client service and helping people achieve their goals.
