Graduate Accountant – Finance Development Program

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join its Finance team. This position offers broad exposure across pricing, master data, financial accounting and FP&A, providing a solid foundation for a long‑term career in accounting and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance administration and accounting processes, including accounts payable.
• Maintain pricing, customer and financial master‑data records.
• Assist with month‑end accounting, reporting activities and financial analysis.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide timely information for decision‑making.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce (Accounting) or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented mindset with a desire to build a long‑term finance career.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
