GP with Special Interest in Dermatology

About the role

Modern Medical Clinics is recruiting two General Practitioners with a special interest in dermatology to join its Mandurah Skin Clinic, a fully AGPAL-accredited medical centre established in 2003. The clinic offers a family-oriented approach to primary and preventative healthcare, including a dedicated skin cancer clinic, a COVID-19 Respiratory Clinic and chronic disease management. The ideal candidate has a passion for skin health, strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dermatological care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and skin examinations.
• Diagnose and manage skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis and skin cancer.
• Perform minor skin procedures and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Take part in continuous professional development and quality improvement activities.
