General Dentist – Part‑time (2 days/week)

About the role

Abano Healthcare’s Maven Dental in Maroochydore is looking for an experienced General Dentist to join the team on a part‑time basis (2 days per week). The role offers clinical autonomy within a supportive environment on the Sunshine Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, restorations and preventive care.
• Develop, present and convert complex treatment plans, building strong patient relationships.
• Provide high‑value treatments such as crown and bridge work, cosmetic dentistry, implants and complex restorative cases where applicable.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑centred approach.
• Local Sunshine Coast candidates preferred.

Required skills

• Confidence across all aspects of general dentistry.
• Experience with crown and bridge procedures.
• Knowledge of cosmetic dentistry techniques.
• Familiarity with implant and complex restorative cases (desirable).
