Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the store.
• Maintain high shop‑floor standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Provide exceptional service at fitting rooms and checkout.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy, and replenish merchandise.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles (preferred).
• Approachable, comfortable speaking with a range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly.
• Desire to achieve the best in every task.
