Full‑time Store Associate

About the role

The Store Associate is the customer‑service specialist of the store, responsible for exceeding customer expectations and acting as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain excellent shop‑floor standards and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms and check‑outs.
• Process deliveries, keep stock and back‑of‑house areas tidy.
• Replenish stock and update displays on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service (preferred).
• Approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
• Strong desire to achieve the best in all tasks.
