About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages using strong barista techniques.
• Assist during restaurant service periods, attending to guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and complete daily checklists with attention to detail.
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence at every interaction.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team on general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs.

Required profile

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Relevant experience in a similar barista or hospitality role.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Enthusiastic about career progression and self‑motivated in a fast‑paced environment.
