About the role

LGT Wealth Management is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join its Platform team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will design, build and maintain shared digital capabilities used across multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain platform products, internal tools and shared services.
  • Build front‑end experiences for internal applications, developer portals and operational dashboards using Angular or React.
  • Develop back‑end services, APIs and automation components with Java, Spring Boot and micro‑service architecture.
  • Create reusable libraries, components and standards to improve consistency.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and testing practices.
  • Participate in incident triage, production support and agile ceremonies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong commercial experience in full‑stack development across backend, frontend and mobile.
  • Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and micro‑services.
  • Solid front‑end experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
  • Mobile development capability with Swift and Kotlin.

Required skills

  • SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
  • Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
  • Git‑based CI/CD (GitLab), Maven/Gradle
  • Automated testing tools (JUnit, Playwright)
  • Monitoring/logging (Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus, Kibana/Elasticsearch)
  • Secure development (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT)
