Full-time Store Associate – Customer Service Specialist

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking full‑time Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in its Chatswood store. As the front‑line brand ambassador, you will help customers find the right products and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain high shop‑floor standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Provide excellent service at fitting rooms and checkout counters.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy, and replenish merchandise.
• Support stock display changes and ensure accurate inventory handling.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Approachable, comfortable speaking with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and accurately.
• Motivation to achieve high performance in all tasks.
