Full-time Store Associate – Customer Service Specialist

About the role

UNIQLO is looking for enthusiastic Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in its Mid City store. As a full‑time team member you will act as the brand ambassador, helping shoppers find the right products and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the store, fitting rooms and checkout areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising on the shop floor.
• Process deliveries, organise stock, and keep back‑of‑house areas tidy.
• Replenish inventory and update displays to reflect current promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Approachable, comfortable speaking with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and work flexibly across shifts.
