About the role

COS is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor for its store at Chadstone in Melbourne. The Sales Advisor greets customers, provides high-level service and helps create a welcoming shopping experience, working alongside the team.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them throughout the shop, from the cash desk to the fitting rooms and shop floor
Process deliveries and replenish stock
Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in meeting customers' expectations
Proactive and curious, seeking ways to improve everyday processes
Honest, genuine, communicative, positive and open-minded
Interested in fashion and trends, willing to learn and adapt, and collaborative and inclusive
Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have but not mandatory
