Full-Time Back of House Assistant (Retail Stockroom)

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Back of House Assistant to join our Melbourne Central store. The role works Sunday‑Thursday shifts, supporting the store by receiving, processing and organising merchandise so the sales floor runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and label deliveries, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Maintain a tidy, organised back‑of‑house area and prevent stock loss or damage.
- Assist the sales team by retrieving product styles and sizes promptly.
- Ensure merchandise is correctly priced, tagged and stored.
- Replenish the shop floor, keeping all size ranges available.
- Support the Back of House Manager/Supervisor in meeting KPIs and targets.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality or similar.
- Experience in a back‑of‑house or warehouse setting is a plus but not essential.
