Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Applications

About the role

LEAP is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its LEAP Estates team, a specialist division building software for estates lawyers. You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver AI‑powered applications that support legal practice.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, design and legal experts to turn ideas into production‑ready applications.
• Design, develop and maintain backend APIs and services.
• Implement AI‑driven features and ensure scalability for large data volumes and user bases.
• Implement secure customer authentication mechanisms.
• Continuously improve development, deployment and delivery processes.
• Refactor, debug and update existing codebases.
• Write automated tests and deploy applications using Git version control.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong interest in building AI‑driven applications.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and architecture.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle.

Required skills

• React (modern web technologies).
• C#/.NET or TypeScript/Node.js.
• MySQL, PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
• AWS cloud platform.
• Git version control.
• Automated testing tools such as Cypress, Playwright or Jest.
