About the role
LEAP is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its LEAP Estates team, a specialist division building software for estates lawyers. You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver AI‑powered applications that support legal practice.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with product, design and legal experts to turn ideas into production‑ready applications.
- Design, develop and maintain backend APIs and services.
- Implement AI‑driven features and ensure scalability for large data volumes and user bases.
- Implement secure customer authentication mechanisms.
- Continuously improve development, deployment and delivery processes.
- Refactor, debug and update existing codebases.
- Write automated tests and deploy applications using Git version control.
Required profile
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer.
- Strong interest in building AI‑driven applications.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and architecture.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
Required skills
- React (modern web technologies).
- C#/.NET or TypeScript/Node.js.
- MySQL, PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
- AWS cloud platform.
- Git version control.
- Automated testing tools such as Cypress, Playwright or Jest.
