Fulfilment Manager

About the role

The Fulfilment Manager leads the e‑commerce fulfilment, dispatch and collection teams to ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packed with fresh quality, and delivered on time. This permanent, full‑time position focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction and a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve optimal order scores by ensuring accurate picking and packing of online orders while meeting targets and budgets.
• Collaborate with Ambient & Replenishment teams to maintain high on‑shelf availability and reduce out‑of‑stock situations.
• Maintain clean and well‑maintained totes and trolleys, and ensure on‑time dispatch of trucks.
• Guide, coach and develop the fulfilment team to consistently meet quality, accuracy and customer‑experience standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in retail leadership roles.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and engage diverse team members.
• Experience leading change initiatives and improving operational processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time‑management and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of online order fulfilment processes and systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management, production and replenishment practices.
• Proficiency with computers and digital tools.
