Freelance Senior Account Director

About the role

Akcelo is seeking a Freelance Senior Account Director to join its Sydney office immediately. You will act as a brand champion, driving strategy development and client success for both the client and Akcelo.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships within the assigned portfolio and grow new and existing accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic client growth plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare accurate client forecasts and deliver presentations, scopes, and project plans.
• Lead onboarding of new clients, retain existing ones, and ensure delivery aligns with timing and budget.
• Motivate the Akcelo team around client business goals and mentor junior members.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client portfolios in an agency environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for new ideas and change.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and development skills.
• Positive, solution‑focused attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience leading and delivering digital campaigns.
