About the role

Beam is expanding its AI-powered platform Beam Notes into Australia and seeks a passionate Customer Success Manager to lead the launch, onboard partners, and drive adoption across key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate strong partnerships by delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling feedback, training, and detailed support.
• Identify and secure growth opportunities, develop proposals, and own revenue targets tied to contracts, expansions, and renewals.
• Drive product adoption through data analysis, training sessions, and feedback loops.
• Lead pilot evaluation, gather benchmark data, and report impact to showcase partnership value.
• Act as the voice of the customer, informing product development and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Contribute to building and refining customer success processes and playbooks for the Australian market.

Required profile

• Exceptional relationship‑building skills with the ability to establish trust at all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating and owning revenue growth.
• Top‑class written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of complex ideas.

What we offer

• Base salary of A$100k‑A$130k plus up to 40% variable commission.
