Formwork Carpenter – Civil Construction

About the role

Join RC Construction as a Formwork Carpenter in Darwin, working on major civil infrastructure projects. You will apply your proven formwork expertise, safety focus, and teamwork to deliver high‑quality results on a fast‑paced site.

Key responsibilities

• Set out, install, align and dismantle formwork systems (Meva, PERI, RMDA) to specification.
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately.
• Apply formwork skills on major civil infrastructure projects and ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively within small teams and promote a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Valid White Card and current driver’s licence.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and civil construction experience.
• Ability to work self‑motivated, safely and reliably in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Required skills

• Experience with formwork systems such as Meva, PERI and RMDA.
• Capability to operate EWPs and work safely at heights.
