About the role
Join Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour’s exclusive Club Millésime as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering refined, personalised service to VIP guests. You will work closely with the kitchen brigade and club leadership to ensure seamless, elegant experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive service to VIP guests, anticipating preferences and delivering effortless hospitality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely, flawless presentation of food and beverages.
- Maintain immaculate mise‑en‑place and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Required profile
- Polished communication skills and a professional appearance that reflects the Sofitel brand.
- Flexible, dependable and able to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Current RSA certification for responsible service of alcohol.
- Strong knowledge of menus, beverages and dietary considerations.
