Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Cradle Mountain Hotel for an exciting summer season, working across the restaurant, breakfast buffet, café and bar to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake general food and beverage service duties across dining, café and bar outlets.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, cocktails and bar service where applicable.
• Take orders, process payments and manage cashiering duties accurately.
• Set up and reset restaurant, function and conference spaces.
• Share menu and beverage recommendations with guests and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Food and beverage service experience with a passion for local produce.
• Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience.
• Barista skills capable of handling high order volumes.
• Valid Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safely Certificate.
• Australian driver’s licence and flexible attitude to work a 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
