Food & Beverage Attendant – Club Millésime

About the role

Join Sofitel Sydney Wentworth’s exclusive Club Millésime team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will deliver personalised, luxury service to club guests, ensuring every beverage and food offering meets the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests promptly and courteously, responding to their requests in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
• Serve food and beverages according to Club Millésime standards, maintaining presentation and timing.
• Coordinate with the kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to and mis‑en‑place is ready before guest arrival.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked service area and uphold health and safety standards.
• Promote a collaborative relationship with all hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or managers.

Required profile

• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Strong commitment to delivering luxury hospitality service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
