About the role
Join the vibrant team at The Larwill Studio Melbourne – Art Series, a boutique hotel inspired by Australian artist David Larwill. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and help create memorable dining experiences in a creative, art‑filled environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create a warm, friendly atmosphere for every guest.
- Provide personalized food and beverage recommendations and upsell thoughtfully.
- Maintain high standards of service during restaurant and event operations.
- Set up, service, and pack service areas with meticulous attention to detail.
- Continuously expand product knowledge to enhance guest interactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer‑facing hospitality roles.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Valid RSA (or equivalent) certification for the state of Victoria.
- Passion for engaging with guests and collaborating within a diverse team.
