About the role
Join the In‑Room Dining & Mini Bar team at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, delivering five‑star service directly to guests’ rooms with warmth, discretion and a personalised approach.
Key responsibilities
- Take guest orders via phone, guide them through the in‑room dining menu and anticipate their needs.
- Present and deliver orders with precision and elegance, ensuring prompt and beautiful service.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation and hygiene throughout set‑up and service.
Required profile
- Passionate, detail‑oriented professional with a polished, refined demeanour.
- Current RSA certification and full Australian working rights.
- Flexible and reliable for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Strong communication and professional presentation.
- Ability to connect effortlessly with guests and deliver memorable experiences.
