Food and Beverage Attendant - Breakfast and Lunch Service

About the role

Sodexo is looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join its premium corporate hospitality team in Sydney, NSW. The role is customer focused and covers breakfast and lunch service, keeping pantry stations fully stocked, organised and presented to a high standard. It also includes assistance with food preparation, dishwashing and general kitchen support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service during meal service periods.
• Prepare, replenish and maintain food display areas.
• Set up and stock breakfast and lunch service stations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas.
• Assist with food preparation, basic kitchen duties and dishwashing as required.
• Support kitchen operations by cleaning and washing dishes during service and closing periods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and workplace hygiene requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, food service or customer service.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist across both front and back of house functions.
• Reliable and team-oriented approach.
• Full unrestricted working rights within Australia.
