Demi Chef - Corporate Hospitality, Mon-Fri

About the role

Sodexo is looking for an experienced Demi Chef to join its corporate hospitality team in Sydney CBD. The role involves preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality meals while supporting daily kitchen operations and maintaining food safety standards. It is a full-time position open Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
• Assist with food preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
• Support catering and function requirements as required

Required profile

• Relevant cooking qualification or demonstrated experience
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Understanding of food safety requirements
• Reliable and able to work effectively within a team
• Full unrestricted working rights within Australia
• A current NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is preferred
