Floor Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

As a Floor Manager you will lead a passionate team to create excellent customer experiences, set the tone for a welcoming store environment, and drive results on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required to ensure continuity.
