Floor Manager - H&M Bondi Junction

About the role

H&M is looking for a Floor Manager for its store in Bondi Junction, Sydney. The role leads a passionate team and sets the tone for a welcoming, inspiring store that delivers excellent customer experiences and drives results. It is a full-time position of 38 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and work with the Store/Concession Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding, and help develop future talent within the team.
• Oversee daily store operations so they run efficiently and meet brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador and step into the role of Store Manager when required.

Required profile

• Genuine enjoyment of engaging with customers and leading by example.
• Interest in the products offered and willingness to share enthusiasm with customers.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn, with clear, confident and empathetic communication.
• Proven ability to organise and motivate teams in fast-paced environments, and experience coaching and developing others.
• Solid understanding of key retail KPIs and how to use them to drive performance.
• Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
