Flagship Store Manager – Mid City Retail Leadership

About the role

JD Sports is seeking experienced retail leaders to join its flagship Mid City store. This high‑energy location serves a large customer base and requires a manager who can drive performance across a team of 80+ members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple layers of leadership within a high‑traffic store.
• Ensure operational excellence across stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Collaborate with regional and national senior leadership to set standards for other stores.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a flagship or high‑volume retail setting.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders across several management layers.
• Strong track record of leading by example and driving operational results.
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, high‑traffic environment.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, from stock control to visual merchandising.
