Flagship Boutique Director – Luxury Retail (Sydney)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our flagship boutique in Sydney for a world‑renowned luxury brand. As Boutique Director you will own the full business, driving sales, profitability and an immersive client experience while shaping a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for commercial performance across all channels, meeting sales targets and profitability goals.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing boutique team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Champion a world‑class client experience, building long‑term relationships and repeat business.
• Oversee boutique operations including merchandising, inventory control, administration and compliance to uphold brand standards.
• Drive initiatives, events and business growth strategies in line with the brand’s vision.

Required profile

• Proven senior retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury or premium environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing sales performance, KPIs and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach and sense of ownership.
